Formwire runs on Cloudflare. Each part answers a health check you can open yourself.

Each one shows {"status":"ok"} when it is up and reachable.

Monitoring

An uptime service checks each of these around the clock and alerts us the moment one stops answering.

Something broken? Email support@formwire.com. Submissions are stored before they are emailed, so a delivery problem delays an email rather than losing it.
