Send submissions where the work happens
Formwire delivers each submission to your own systems: a signed webhook to any URL, a read API for your code, and an MCP server so an AI editor can create forms and read submissions. Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion and Airtable connect without code.
Webhooks to anything
A webhook is the universal integration: post to Zapier, Make, n8n, a Cloudflare Worker or your own server. Each request is signed, retried and logged.
- Test from the dashboard before you rely on it.
Read API with scoped keys
Create a key with read or read-and-write access and list forms, submissions and deliveries from your own code. Keys are managed only from the dashboard, never with another key.
MCP server for AI editors
Claude Code and Cursor can create forms, fetch the embed snippet, read submissions and retry deliveries through the Formwire MCP server, so the form gets built and checked without leaving the editor.
- llms.txt at formwire.com/llms.txt gives any agent the docs in one file.
Native apps
Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion and Airtable, switched on per form from the Integrations settings. Anything else is a webhook away.
Connect an editor
Add the MCP server once and your editor can work with Formwire directly.
- 1
Create an API key with read-and-write access in the dashboard.
- 2
Add the Formwire MCP server to Claude Code or Cursor with the key.
- 3
Ask the editor to create a form and paste the snippet into your page.
- 4
Ask it to read the latest submission to confirm the form works end to end.
# Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http formwire https://mcp.formwire.com/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"
# Then, in the editor:
# "Create a contact form in the Acme workspace and give me the HTML."
# "Show me the last submission to the contact form." Which plans include it
API keys and the MCP server are on every plan, including Free. Webhooks and integrations come with Pro.

Is there a Zapier app?
Yes. Switch Zapier on from a form's Integrations settings and each submission starts your Zap, which can send it to any of Zapier's apps.
Can I write to Formwire from the API?
Yes. A read-and-write key can create and update forms, manage webhooks and submissions. API keys themselves are only created in the dashboard.
Which editors work with the MCP server?
Any client that speaks MCP. Formwire is listed in the Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor MCP directories; v0, Lovable and Bolt use the prompt and llms.txt instead.
