Questions about plans
Billing, what counts, and what happens when a form gets busy.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, for as long as you stay within its limits, with no card needed. Pro adds more submissions, uploads and integrations, and nothing you set up on Free needs changing when you upgrade.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Paddle takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and sends your invoices.
Can I cancel or change plans?
At any time. An upgrade starts at once. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free. Your forms keep working.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment: email support@formwire.com and we refund it in full. Renewals and payments older than 7 days aren't refunded.
What happens when I go past my monthly limit?
Your forms keep accepting submissions and we keep delivering them. The dashboard shows that you're over. Only a very large overrun, many times the limit, is stopped to prevent abuse.
What counts as a submission?
One accepted post to one form, from an HTML form, fetch, the API or MCP. Submissions you delete later still count for the month they arrived. Test sends from the dashboard don't count.
Does spam count against my limit?
No. Anything caught by the honeypot, the captcha or the spam filter goes to a spam folder for 30 days and never counts. Posts refused by allowed domains aren't stored at all.
Something else? Email support@formwire.com and a person replies.
