Spam protection
A hidden honeypot field, a content filter and per-form rate limits run on every Formwire form. Add a captcha, blocked words and allowed domains when you want more.

Email notifications
Each form post becomes an email within seconds, with the visitor as Reply-To. Send to up to 10 recipients on Pro. Retries and a delivery log on every send.

Submission inbox
A dashboard inbox for each form with search, folders, bulk actions, CSV export and a read API, so you never dig through email to find a submission.

Webhooks
POST each submission as JSON to up to five endpoints per form. Every request is HMAC-signed, retried on failure and logged against the submission.

File uploads
Add type="file" to any form and the attachments are stored with the submission. Up to 10 MB a file, 25 MB a submission, with signed links in the email.

Autoresponder
Email the person who filled in your form with a subject and message you write, filled in from their submission with {field:name} placeholders.

Redirects
After a plain HTML form submits, Formwire redirects to the URL you choose, per form or per page. Fetch callers get JSON instead.

Signed webhooks to any endpoint, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion and Airtable apps, a read API and an MCP server for Claude Code and Cursor.
