Best dashboard for teams
Basin has quietly built one of the more complete dashboards in the category: submission management, spam tooling, and unlimited collaborators from the Growth tier up, which makes it a serious option for a small team triaging real volume together. Overage handling is graceful too: submissions past your cap are still delivered and billed per thousand rather than dropped. The watch-out is sizing: the free tier is the smallest on this list, so model your volume before committing.

Netlify Forms
Best if you never leave Netlify
If you deploy on Netlify, its built-in forms are the only option here with literally zero integration work (add a data attribute and deploy), and on Netlify's current credit-based plans, form submissions are free with no cap. The boundary is the platform itself: the forms are welded to Netlify hosting, so a host migration means a form migration, and sites still on legacy plans are metered with automatic level upgrades that have surprised enough teams to make reading your plan's terms part of the job.
