Do I need to configure anything?

No. Email delivery is on from your first submission: verify your address at signup and every POST becomes an email. There's no SMTP to set up and no template to write.

Can I send to multiple recipients?

Yes. The free tier includes 2 verified recipient addresses and Pro includes 10, so different forms can deliver to different inboxes.

What happens if an email bounces or fails?

Nothing is lost. Every submission is stored before delivery is attempted, sending is retried, and the per-submission status in your dashboard shows exactly what happened.

Why Reply-To instead of sending from my visitor's address?

Deliverability. Sending “from” an address you don't own fails SPF and DMARC checks and lands in spam. Reply-To gives you one-click replies without spoofing anyone.

Do uploaded files arrive as attachments?

As secure links, not raw attachments. Uploads up to 5MB are stored and a private link arrives with the notification email, so a large file never bloats your inbox or bounces the message. The same link sits in the dashboard record.

How is the notification email formatted?

As a formatted email, not raw JSON, with a subject like “New submission: Contact form” carrying your form's name, and each field on its own line. Recipients are tunable per form, so different forms can land in different inboxes.

Will notifications end up in my spam folder?

They come from a consistent, authenticated FormWire sending address (SPF and DKIM), so they land in the inbox. Add that sender to your contacts once and every notification after it stays out of the junk folder.

Which plan includes email delivery?
