Google Sheets integration

Log form submissions as Google Sheets rows.

Copy-pasting submissions into a spreadsheet by hand is the chore that quietly stops happening. FormWire appends each submission as a new row the moment it lands, while the email and the stored record arrive as usual.

A lead list that stays current

What FormWire writes to your Google Sheet.

Fields map to your columns

Choose which form field lands in which column, so name, email and message each drop into the header you already use.

Appends a row in real time

Each submission adds a new row the moment it lands — the sheet grows itself, no export and no copy-paste.

Formulas, charts and pivots still work

It stays an ordinary Google Sheet, so a SUM down a column, a chart or a pivot over the incoming rows keeps working as you'd expect.

Connected over Google OAuth

Authorize with Google's own OAuth and pick the spreadsheet. No service account to configure, no API key to paste.

Set up in under a minute

Connect FormWire to Google Sheets in 3 steps.

  1. Connect your Google account

From your form's Integrations tab, click Connect Google Sheets and approve access. Uses Google's own OAuth, with no tokens to copy.

  2. Pick the spreadsheet

Choose the spreadsheet and the worksheet you want submissions written to. Point different forms at different sheets if you like.

  3. Map fields to columns

Decide which form fields map to which columns. New submissions append as rows in real time from then on.
