About

Built by one engineer. Run like infrastructure.

FormWire is independently built and operated. That's a feature: product decisions answer to the people using it, and reliability is treated as the product, not a line on a roadmap.

Who runs this

Hi, I'm Nick.

I'm Nick Peplow, a developer who has built and run [SaaS products and content businesses] for [X years]. FormWire is the form infrastructure those projects deserved: one endpoint, engineered like the critical path it is, because for most sites, the contact form is where revenue starts.

Why you need it

Your site is static. Forms aren't.

Every form needs a server behind it: something to receive the POST, stop the spam, send the email, and keep the data. FormWire is that piece, already built and run for you:

  • Skip the plumbing

No serverless function, SMTP keys, or mail templates to build and babysit. Point your form at the endpoint and it works.

  • Spam handled from day one

Honeypot filtering and rate limiting are on for every form. Add captchas only when you want them.

  • Leads reach you, reliably

Every submission is stored, emailed to your inbox with retries, and stays queryable in your dashboard.

How it's run

Independent, and built to last.

No investors setting the roadmap, no growth team gaming the pricing page. Revenue pays for infrastructure, and the product is held to three standards.

Never lose a lead

Durable storage, retried delivery, visible status. If FormWire says OK, the lead is safe.

Your data is yours

Export it, query it, delete it. Lock-in is not a retention strategy.

Secure by default

The public key in your HTML can only deliver to inboxes you've verified. Abuse is designed out, not moderated.

Direct line

Talk to the person who built it.

No ticket triage, no tier-one script. Replies come from the engineer, usually within one business day.

FormWire is also on GitHub.
